Over Night Oats
I’m on a weight loss journey and I’m always looking for healthy options in the morning! Now to be totally honest I don’t always eat breakfast in fact I normally fast till about 11AM but when I do eat breakfast I try and make the best decisions for me to feel good through out the day and I got to say overnight oats is one of those options I lean towards every time. not only is it good for you, its also a blank canvas that you can flavor in any way you want. I think that’s why its such a favorite of so many people. I haven’t even mentioned that its a favorite of my two girls which are 7 and 9 years old, and breakfast is definitely a meal they do not skip ever! I can add a little maple syrup and cinnamon to the oat meal and its a sweet treat over a healthy boring breakfast.
