The best snack for weight loss is watermelon!
It’s watermelon season and you can get these things cheap! I’m really doing everything in my power to not grab the chips or crackers! For me, snacks are the main source of my weight gain. I can do good all day but at night I just want a snack and a movie or good show. So instead of the salty option I’ve been reaching for the sweet.
Watermelon is perfect for weight loss because it’s mostly just water, so you can eat a ton of it. Also it will make you feel really full! Like I felt like I was going to explode last night, all that water catches up with you and all at once haha.
The only word of caution is you may find yourself waking up in the middle of the night to relieve all that water, but I’ll take that trade for the extra pounds off the scale🙌
